Patricia Apollonia Kotero (born Patricia Apollonia Kotero) is an American actor, singer and model. She was a model for a while before becoming an actress. Kotero was the female lead singer in Apollonia 6 and co-starred in Prince's film Purple Rain from 1984. Apollonia made her debut album in 1988. However, it was a fairly pedestrian collection of R&B/dance music that failed to attract the attention of the general audience. The album was quickly wiped out of sight. Apollonia remained in the spotlight (if somewhat under the radar) as an actress in the ensuing decade with small film roles on television and released an exercise video. Apollonia's album "Stay With Me" came out in 1997. Then, she went back to school and earned a filmmaking degree. Then, she started her own production company. Apollonia has many hats.
